About this life-changing experience...
I received my traditional Reiki Level 2 training in 1989 with John Harvey Gray, one of Hawayo Takata's original 22 students. I became a master teacher in 1993. In the 1990's my healing practice very naturally expanded - I began working with spirit guides and employing what I discovered were "shamanic" methods. This led me to study with diverse indigenous shamanic peoples often in remote parts of the world. Based on these experiences and what I presented in the book Shamanic Reiki, I created the year long Shamanic Reiki Master Apprenticeship program. In 2015 it was brought online. The Entry Apprenticeship year is an intimate immersion that you can participate in from home. Individuals from all walks of life are transformed by practicing Shamanic Reiki. In this time of abbreviated teachings and superficial transmissions, I am deeply honored to invite you to "step into the deep mystery" with me. The foundational weaving of this year will help you to heal and learn to heal others with nature's spiritual energies. I hope to share the adventure with you! Am I qualified?
To register you must hold a Reiki Level 2 or master certificate from any Reiki school. You may also apply if you hold a Shamanic Reiki Level 2 or SRMP certificate. If you have special circumstances, just let us know! Shamanic Reiki apprentices seek us out to deepen their healing abilities. Some, not all, are interested in teaching. Apprentices come to Shamanic Reiki from all walks of life - they are holistic educators, parents with young families, psychologists, farmers, herbalists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, energy healers, gardeners, holistic as well as allopathic physicians, yoga practitioners and instructors, students, mediums, artists, tarot readers, writers, hospice workers, public school teachers, nurses, business professionals, entrepreneurs, technical workers, food servers, musicians, psychotherapists, retirees, reflexologists, allopathic physicians, and more.
What does this certification empower me to do?
Upon receiving your year long certification, you will be empowered to practice the Shamanic Reiki healing approaches, rituals and ceremonies. Your healing powers will be magnified and you will have a richer connection with nature and all of life. The heart of Shamanic Reiki Worldwide is the community of support created. The extensive home-based client Practicum, developed by Llyn deepens your relationship with the healing practices and your ability to hold the Shamanic Reiki sacred container. Experience is the best - and an ecstatic - teacher. Through faculty teaching, private individual mentoring, group sharing, peer consultations and practices, online circles, meditations, audio gatherings, and recorded teaching sessions - we cultivate a nourishing circle for you to learn and share.
This online shamanic apprenticeship is designed for you to enjoy a personal and relaxed connection with your faculty, peers and community. It was created to fit a diversity of personal circumstances - you can tailor your learning in the ways that flow with your personal, family and work needs.
Some apprentices work with animals or nature through ceremony with land, waters, plants, etc. Our faculty will help you to create the experience that is just right for you.

"I discovered Shamanic Reiki in 2019. I participated in the 3 level training at Omega Institute, every time thinking I couldn’t afford it. I’m so grateful that I was able to change my money vibration and mindset which allowed me to participate in the year long SRMT training this past year 2020. I don’t think I would have been as grounded during the craziness that this year has brought. I believe the universe provides what you need and SRMT was exactly what I needed to get through these times. I had reservations at first because it was on online self study program. In these times of Zoom and video chats, I thought the telegatherings would not be as “intimate” but they were. I felt connected and it felt like I was in the same room with everyone on the call.
